I designed this poster in my Advanced Typography class as a proposed poster for Cal Poly’s Orchesis Dance Company and their 2010 show, Continuum. Rather than use standard dance poster themes, I drew inspiration from Constructivism to create an unique dance poster that didn’t look like a standard dance poster but still communicated the fact that Continuum was a dance performance.
